We've collected many awards over the years for the outstanding quality of our produce, here's a taster just from last year.
Nationwide Top Shop Awards 2005:
Best Butcher's in the Midlands and east of England
The Top Shop Awards are run by the weekly business magazine, Meat Trades Journal, widely regarded as the Bible of the UK meat industry.
Aubrey Allen was commended on the quality and variety of meats on sale, the attractiveness of displays, the helpfulness and knowledge of staff, hygiene, the way the business worked with its suppliers in the food chain, and the contribution it made to the local community.
Great Taste Awards 2005:
Gold award for our fruit and nut cake with Guinness.
Silver awards for our; Roast tomato, basil and bacon soup, Warwickshire Whizzer sausage, and Champagne and summer fruit jelly.
Bronze award for our Scotch beef and Guinness pie.
The Great Taste Awards is the most prestigious gourmet food awards ceremony in the UK. Organised by the Guild of Fine Food Retailers, the Awards has achieved a reputation over the last decade as the acknowledged accreditation for all speciality food and drink.
This year 3,873 entries were subjected to rigorous judging by teams of experts that included food retailers, buyers, writers, critics and chefs. Over 170 classes were judged regionally and nationally and were blind tasted by over 200 judges to ensure each entry was judged by the same standards.

Highly Commended Awards for our; Moroccan Spiced Lamb Pave, Teriyaki Duck Breast, and Ultimate Pork Ribs. |
