Aubrey Allen Limited guarantees that all our products supplied to you will always be of the very highest quality.
Delivery
We deliver our fresh meat products in specially designed EPS containers to most parts of the UK mainland (we will confirm your order and delivery date by email or telephone)
Orders received by 12.00noon will be delivered the next day before noon Tuesday to Friday, orders received after 12.00 noon will be prepared the following day and sent. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be prepared and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Ice packs are used in the containers to ensure that all goods we are kept to the correct temperature level for delivery to your door. Delivery costs are subsidised by Aubrey Allen Limited and is £9.50 for orders under £35.00 for orders over £35.00 delivery is £6.50. Saturday delivery is available for telephone orders only and will incur an additional delivery charge.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (no minimum) and use WorldPay, Customer Information and Credit Card Payment Details are encrypted using high strength 128 bit level encryption.
Returns and Refunds
We make every effort to ensure our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed in transit and not delivered within the allocated delivery time please advise us and we will make every effort to locate the products, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund. If you are not completely satisfied or have a complaint we will be happy to replace or refund your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with our service please email us at shop@aubreyallen.co.uk or telephone us on 01926 311208 within 24 hrs. Where possible we aim to resolve any complaints immediately and at the most within two working days.
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights as a Consumer. |
